Exposed360 is led by Andrew Knickerbocker, whose career has progressed from hands-on installation across asphalt shingles, tile, slate, and metal to commercial low-slope roofing systems, crew leadership, quality control, and large-scale production management.
With more than 20 years in roofing and over 12 years managing production operations, Andrew understands how different roofing systems and exterior details work together, where problems develop, and what it takes to get the work right.
He has directed 500–1,500 roofing projects annually and coordinated 5–15 crews a day. That experience informs how he investigates problems, works alongside crews and staff, and turns findings into practical improvements.
Today, Andrew works with homeowners, individual property owners, property managers, and contractors of all sizes. From a single leak or repair question to a complex roofing project, he provides inspections, technical consulting, field guidance, and crew training grounded in hands-on experience. Every client receives the same attention to detail, clear explanations, and practical recommendations.
